License grant
Vaudryllis Founder/Beta Edition (Local) is provided as a one-time purchase license. Unless otherwise stated by the purchased offer, the license is valid for the Vaudryllis Local line up to version 0.9. Version 1.0 and beyond are not included.
Licensed, not sold
The software is licensed for use under the applicable terms. No ownership of Vaudryllis technology, source code, architecture, internal mechanisms, documentation or branding is transferred.
Restrictions
Copying, redistribution, sublicensing, reverse engineering, license bypass, unauthorized modification, extraction of proprietary technology, or creation of competing derivative systems based on Vaudryllis is prohibited except where applicable law expressly prevents such restriction.
Founder/Beta clarity
The roadmap is provided for transparency. It does not mean that future stages such as deeper voice, hearing, virtual-world embodiment or robotic translation are included in the current purchase unless explicitly shipped in the purchased line.
