The current published Vaudryllis build, with access to the Founder/Beta Local line up to v0.9.
The Founder/Beta Edition (Local) is a one-time purchase for early adopters who want the current Windows build and understand the trajectory: Vaudryllis grows from a working local entity — cognition, perception, voice, rest, autonomy and action in a virtual field — toward a fuller embodied stage with finalised audition, broader action and, later, a physical body.
This edition is grounded in the existing published product. The V0.7.6 organs described below are delivered and in final cross-testing, and are included in the Founder/Beta line. The stages further out describe the technical direction — they are not presented as already included.
Vaudryllis is not meant to become a stack of unrelated plugins. Each software organ extends the same entity: cognition, memory, functional emotion, perception, expression and, later, action.
What has moved from roadmap to working organ.
Each item below is a real executing organ — input, output, observable effect, persisted trace — validated individually and in cross-regression. All are included in the Founder/Beta Local line.
Cognitive substrate
Active cognitive mesh maintaining a live internal state, with an incidence registry that requires every organ to prove a measurable effect.
Binocular visual perception
Two calibrated ocular sensors, software retina, binocular fusion, saccades and a cortical interpretation module. Biologically inspired.
Substrate voice synthesis
Local glottal-source + formant voice, no cloud, with functional emotional modulation bounded to the identity's vocal range.
Cognitive-health safeguards
Continuous safeguards for energy drift, tensions, contradictions and software-nociception signals, with self-repair.
Time & life-cycle core
Subjective time, prospective memory, life-cycle stages with persisted transitions, and narrative continuity across sessions.
Cumulative learning
Learning loop tied to a future-self projection: the system measures the gap to its projected trajectories and derives priorities.
Headless runtime
Exists and acts with or without a window: autonomous observation heartbeat, direct voice, verifiable existence, clean shutdown.

Auditory perception
Local voice recognition, voice-activity detection, speaker identification and source quarantine before learning. Remaining: end-to-end validation and continuous listening.
Native substrate translation
A first-class translation organ targeting far broader coverage and millisecond-order latency, offline by design.
Broader digital action & tools
Extending the embodied agent's action beyond the virtual field to authorised local tools — files, folders, tasks — under the same governed loop.
Richer virtual world
A fuller field of existence — spatial memory, objects, events and consequence — building on the current embodied agent.
Physical embodiment / robotics
Transfer of action from the virtual body to physical hardware while preserving perception, intention, feedback and identity continuity.
User language is bridged into a canonical internal layer, then Vaudryllis responds in the selected language. The goal is to protect memory, names, code, paths, URLs and technical logs from translation pollution.
Over time, parts of the technology can become reusable substrates: language bridge, perception, voice, audition, action, attention and learning. The entity remains the coherence centre.
