Is Vaudryllis a simple assistant?
No. Vaudryllis is an autonomous virtual entity (EVA). It is built around a cognitive substrate, memory, identity, a functional internal state, perception, voice and continuity, not a simple response surface.
What is in the current build?
The published build (V0.8.1) include :Its follow-up responses are more natural. It would respond, "Hi. What do you think of the greeting?", repeating the polite phrase as if it were a topic of conversation. More accurate translation in 22 languages. Word order tables for German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese, which had never been included before, are now available. Agreement and conjugation are now based on a complete morphological foundation.
Does it require a remote activation server?
Yes, but only occasionally. Activating a license and starting the trial require an internet connection to the publisher's activation server. Everything else (perception, cognition, voice, translation and memory) runs on your machine, and no content produced by your use is transmitted. See the licence agreement and the privacy policy.
Am I buying a current product or a future roadmap?
You are buying the current Founder/Beta Local build and its line up to v0.9. The roadmap is shown to explain the direction, not to pretend that future stages are already included.
What does “lifetime” mean here?
The Founder/Beta Edition grants lifetime access to the Vaudryllis Local product line up to version 0.9, with lifetime support for this purchased edition.
Is v1.0 included?
No. v1.0 and beyond are intended as larger system stages and may be treated separately.
What is the long-term direction?
Toward embodiment. Vaudryllis already rests and consolidates, runs autonomously with or without a window, and acts in a virtual field through an embodied agent. Ahead: finalising auditory perception, a native substrate translation engine, broader digital action and tools, a richer virtual world and, later, physical embodiment, always one entity around a single coherence centre.
Why is voice not the whole identity?
Identity lives in the central substrate first. Voice, rhythm, timbre, perception and movement derive from that core rather than being pasted on at the end.
Can Vaudryllis become a platform?
Yes. Some substrates may later become reusable technology bricks, but the EVA itself must remain the coherence center rather than become a loose plugin bundle.
